The company is seeking an individual of impeccable credentials for the position of Chief Executive Officer. The candidate should be a unique individual with the demonstrated ability of having defined and lead service oriented organization with excellent communication & interpersonal skills. The qualifications, experience, skills and key accountabilities of the job required for the same as follows:
Functions & Responsibilities:
•        Direct, plan and implement policies, objectives, and activities of organizations or businesses in order to ensure continuing operations and to increase productivity. Direct company planning and policy making committees
•        Assure the organization and its mission, programs, products and services are consistently presented in strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders. Suggest new programs and initiatives to address changes in macro environment
•        Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining different objectives and plan in accordance with current conditions
•        Effectively govern the company in accordance with the Board’s directives, the Articles of Association, good management practices complying all legal and regulatory requirements
•        Coordinate with 1 Link Board of Directors and different Board’s of Directors and different Board’s committees to articulate the organization’s vision and develop the strategies for achieving that vision
•        Formulate polices and plans recommendations to the Board. Support its operations and administration and represent the company in relevant regulatory and advocacy events
•        Effectively manage the human resources of the organization according t authorized personnel policies and procedures that fully conform to current laws and regulations. Recruit and manage staff and recourses in a transparent manner, strictly based on merit that motivates employees and delivers high performance
Qualification & Experience;
•        The candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree (Preferably a Master’s) in Management or Financial Sector from a reputed & accredited University
•        Minimum age of 45 and minimum 15 years works experience in Senior/Executive positions preferably In FMCG/Telecom of Financial services industry
•        Excellent verbal, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with very good understanding of IT related matters
•        Highly develop capability in managing and negotiating relationships with different governmental, bilateral, non-governmental and corporate sector agencies/entities
