Channel Sales Manager
Salary : RM 8,000 – RM 12,000 per month
OBJECTIVE : TO EXPAND AND DEVELOP A QUALITY DISTRIBUTIONS CHANNEL
DISTRIBUTORS / RESELLERS
Responsibilities:
• To plan, organise, direct and control the sales and marketing activities to Distributors/Business Partners/Resellers respectively in order to achieve sustainable and profitable growth in sales turnover year-on-year.
• To lead and guide the sales team towards a culture of long term customer relationship, be analytical and professional in their approach and where possible strive for a win-win solution.
• Take responsibility for the Marketing and Sales related activities and its development to make it as customers preferred choice as trusted business partner by delivering quality and services on time.
• To develop existing and new Distributors/Business Partners/Resellers to achieve sales company sales revenue.
• Achieve and exceed where possible the orders and sales plan budgeted for the fiscal year within/exceeding targeted profit margins relating to his area of responsibility.
• Participate and contribute to the development of marketing plans and targets by close monitoring and analysis of orders and sales results and market intelligence.
• Initiate and participate in short, medium and long term sales and marketing planning of the company in order to ensure sustainable profit growth of the business annually.
• Provide accurate sales and order forecast on weekly basis where required.
Requirements:
• Possess a University Degree. Preferably in Marketing, Business Studies, Electrical or Telecommunications Engineering or related field.
• At least 4 years experience in Channel Sales handling Distributors/Resellers.
• Good leadership skills, self-motivated, resourceful, sales oriented and result driven with knowledge of customer relationship management and strong drive to achieve sales target.
• Energetic and dynamic with good planning and organizational skills.
• Proven sales track record and a strategic thinker with the ability to penetrate new markets and develop new accounts with our solutions.
• Have good skills in market analysis, proficient in strategic marketing and sales skills.
• Pleasant personality and able to communicate effectively, building relationships, establish rapport, influencing and demonstrate other people skills.
• Possess knowledge in Power Backup Systems and connectivity technologies for data centers, telcos network and other applications will be an advantage.
