CHANGE Management LEADS – SAP Projects – SINGAPORE, MALAYSIA and/or MELBOURNE/Australia
My client, one of the large SAP partners worldwide, is involved in large SAP projects in Malaysia, Singapore, and Melbourne, for which they need to hire under longterm contract/permanent, well-experienced Change Management professionals, to be the Lead on these projects.
Requirements are:
• Facilitate Business Process Re-engineering
. Involvement in Re-Organization Design
• Develop change plan and communication strategy
• Design Training Strategy & execute user training
• Design User Readiness Index & communication tools
• Develop communication plan
• Develop Change plan
• Conduct training needs analysis
. Involvement in Training and Learning dvelopment
Responsibilities:
Primary function is to manage and supervise training and development programs of the subsidiary which include training needs assessment, new employee orientation or on-boarding process, management development, the measurement of training impact, and training transfer.
1. Involvement with the implementation of the performance management system that includes individual development plans (IDPs) and competency based development programs.
2. Assist Division training in completion on Mandated Training Program – manage subsidiary completion
3. Prepare and manage corporate training budget.
4. Maintain employee training records
Develop leadership or executive development programs among employees in lower level positions. These programs are designed to develop potential and current executives to replace those retiring
5. Heavy involvement in Change and stakeholder Management, as well as re-Org design issues/initiatives ion large SAP projects
