Change Management Advisor
Primary Responsibilities
•Communicating effectively with all levels of medical and administrative staff in a clinic environment to assess and determine the need for change
•Developing change management and business integration plans
•Coordinating a team of field resources to provide on-site change management and implementation services according to the change management and business integration plan
•Ensuring that procedures and templates established for the delivery of services are followed and providing quality assurance of change management deliverables
•Analysis of the POSP participants and use of change management and implementation services, to determine patterns and trends and to support Program management
•Collaborating and coordinating activities with other areas of POSP, the POS vendor community and health programs supported by the EMR
•Monitoring and assessing changes to adoption and advancement of EMR within clinics, Primary Care Networks to determine success of change management and implementation services, products and services to identify required trends and directions
•Providing updates on Master Schedule events to the Service Delivery Coordinator in time for the production of regular master Schedule reports
Education and Experience
•Minimum 10 years of relevant experience. Priority will be given to candidates with healthcare experience
•Experience in change management and IT business integration
•Experience in human capital change management in health care or relevant discipline
•Proven experience in relationship management and client support in a health care environment.
•Experience in project management and business integration
•A university degree in a healthcare or social sciences discipline
•ITIL certification or PMP is an asset
•A solid knowledge of Change Management standards and practices as well as demonstrated success in the effective use of these standards and practices in a health care environment.
•A track record as a pro-active, self-directed individual who is able to work independently
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
•Ability to match service needs to service delivery
•Proven ability to manage quality assurance of deliverables
•Public speaking and presentation delivery skills
