Opportunity – Call Centre Manager – KL, Malaysia

I’m urgently looking for a mid-senior level Call Centre Manager for a leading service provider company in APAC for their contact centre in KL, Malaysia.
The overall purpose of the Call Center Manager is managing all facets of global call center operations for a call center with approximately 150 agents. Responsible for the planning and strategic direction for the Inbound/ Outbound Fault Reporting Call Center. Ensures performance metrics are continuously met and that staffing is appropriate for call patterns. Ensure outstanding customer service is provided at all times.
Must have min. 3 years experience in running a call center that would have experience leading Team Leads/Team Managers and the ideal fit would be someone with proven ability in a Call Center of over 100 heads.
The Call Center Manager will have 5-7 direct reports and these are split into various campaigns.
