Call Center Supervisor (outbound telesales)
Phocus Solutions is a leading outsourced customer contact center located in Old Montreal. We serve a well-established Canadian and US-based clientele through inbound and outbound sales, customer service and technical support applications.
We are currently looking to fill the following positions in our outbound telesales department:
Call Center Supervisor (outbound telesales) – 2 positions – Bilingual English/French

Supervisor candidates must have:
-2 to 3 years experience coaching, supervising and/or training a successful outbound sales team in a call center environment.
-Strong understanding of how call center metrics impact results
-Excellent communication skills in English and French.
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and an affinity towards technical systems is an asset.
-Open availability to work a full-time schedule within our hours of operation from Mon to Sun, from 8AM to 10PM. Some weekends and evenings will be required.
