Should have exposure in merchandise planning preferably for hi fashion brands Should have demonstrated good communication and inter personal skills Should have strong knowledge of OTB calculation, assortment planning, inventory management Should possess strong skills in analyzing fashion trends and applying it to the buying function Proven experience to reduce carry over stock and improve stock turns Timely delivery of merchandise & enhance assortment planning. Improve working relationship with principals Enhance continuity purchase processes for respective brands
