PEMCO – a multi – national company in Saudi Arabia is strengthening its business in the POWER GENERATION SERVICES in the Kingdom and is looking for highly qualified personnel for the position of:
BUSINESS MANAGER, Power Service GAS and STEAM power plants Business Unit
Main Responsibilities of challenging position are:
• Good knowledge in Servicing Gas turbine and steam turbine power plants
• Lead and enhance the GAS and STEAM Turbine Business Unit
• Assures the establishing of good relationships with the customers.
• Business Planning / budgeting/ Forecasting
• Sets priorities and ensures optimization of goals, interests and resources
• Assures the implementation of business development and product management initiatives into its Unit.
• Supervise a team of Sales Managers and sales assistants to achieve Unit targets and secure orders.
• Enhance sales and maximize order intake within the business unit.
• Offer Management
• Contract negotiation
• Supports the quality management as well as the regulations of EHS (environment, health and safety management) and ensures that those regulations concerning his own work area are followed consistently.
• Participates at and contributes to management meetings and management reviews:
• Supervises the activities of the Business Unit.
• Set KPIs to his Business Unit various functions.
• Set objectives and identify KPIs to his Sales team
• Good reporting / presentation skills to higher management.
• Reports to company COO.
The candidate for this position must have a mechanical engineering degree with possibility a degree in economics or similar. A minimum of five years experience in GAS and STEAM Turbine industry as well as a sales track record in the field of POWER GENERATION is a prerequisite for the position BUSINESS MANAGER, Power Service.
The Candidate Must be a natural leader with a high level of self motivation.
Traveling will be required inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
