Good business acumen: planning, revenue growth, unit margin, cost of sales
3 Proficient in English (written and spoken)
Excellent command on enquiry (RFQ)s, bidding, and sales lifecycles
Tasks Description:
Develop and successfully implement annual sales plans
Manage and track the sales staff operations and daily work. Conduct performance evaluation and make recommendations.
Manage, control and report the sales cycle monthly performance, report gaps in performance, and make recommendations.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Year-Over-Year Sales productivity (Percent POs to Quotes)
Sales performance goals (quarterly revenue rate, sales to forecast,
assumption accuracy, cost of sales)
