The Process and Training Lead is responsible for managing and maintaining the order management knowledge library
and to ensure that the Operations Account Management (OAM) team achieves and maintains proficiency in all order
management processes, systems and account activities. The OAM team implements business process outsourcing
functions within supply chain management and ensures that customer orders for our client’s retail products are
planned, ordered, shipped and delivered to the right customers with the correct quantity, type, price, timing and
location. The Lead enables the team to perform the highest quality order management services by ensuring quality
order management documentation is available and that the team’s skills are continually updated with appropriate
training.
This position requires a strong knowledge of supply chain management in the order-to-cash area. The individual will
help the team to drive superior customer relationships, customer satisfaction and order management excellence.
Responsibilities:
• Single point of contact for order management processes and training
• Responsible for Accenture’s OAM team training and adherence to processes and procedures
• Owner of order management process documentation library with responsibility to keep all documents updated with
current work instructions, process maps, procedures and data sets
• Develop and execute a regular schedule of process doc reviews and subsequent updates
• Leads all change management activities in collaboration with client
• Monitor and measure process adherence of OAM team and respond to escapes with root cause analysis and corrective
actions
• Provides all OAM team training and refresher training (including an established and client-approved refresher
training schedule)
• Provide innovative ideas and solutions for continuous improvement initiatives
• Responsible order management processes performed across the Accenture team in multiple locations
• Attend on-site client internal meetings as appropriate
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years supply chain experience in systematically developing and updating business processes
• Minimum 2 years experience delivering training
• BA/BS degree in Business, Engineering or related degree preferred or 4 years of work experience
