Work Performed:
As a Business Development Manager you will have the opportunity to:
Grow revenue of temporary IT staffing by strategically positioning our services at all decision-making levels in area companies.
Emphasis on securing new clients and new business.
Employ a consultative sales approach with C-level executives, middle management and IT procurement services.
Establish and maintain relationships with decision makers in IT Staffing position across industries.
Conduct face-to-face meetings with decision makers to understand their talent needs and recommend solutions.
Effectively follow-up with prospects to develop business through phone contact, email, and meetings.
Build synergy and referral system.
Work with staffing/recruiting team to ensure superior staffing service to clients.
Ideal Candidate will have previous experience in staffing or IT Project based selling services.
Assist in formulating standard/routine proposals in conjunction with team members and various functional groups.
Participate in activities needed to support the management functions of the team.
Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
Present executive search/permanent placement services to companies in the local marketplace.
EDUCATION/TRAINING
Bachelor’s Degree in business, science or other related discipline or Associate’s
Degree and related experience. Will consider other BS degrees in combination with
relevant experience.
EXPERIENCE
Must have experience in IT Staffing or Project Based Professional Services.
Must have experience supporting the development new accounts.
The ability to work effectively in a team environment and with all levels.
