Business Development Consultant – Aberdeen
We are looking for a business developer (BD) to service clients needs in Aberdeen.
The BD will role will principally involve:
1. Networking with existing clients to expand our services within their operation
2. Identify new client prospects and secure business
3. Expand consultant (contractors) database through pro-active marketing of brand / specific job requirements
4. Provide support to the recruitment activity
The BD role falls within 3 core areas:
1. Projects & Studies
2. Consultancy Services
3. Training Services
The BD will promote all 3 core areas to our clients and be pro-active in sourcing new business in these areas. The large scale part of the BD role is in Consultancy Services so the ideal candidate should come from a manpower services background in subsurface G&G and engineering.
Alternatively, it could be a person who is a BD in subsurface technical services supplying to IOC’s, NOC’s and Independents in the Aberdeen market. If from a technical background, applicants should have an understanding of consultancy manpower services.
Applicants will have at least 3 years relevant exposure to the Aberdeen subsurface G&G markets in a client facing role.
