For our client, leader in Document Process Outsourcing, we are looking for a Business Analyst based in Singapore:
Reports to: Regional Head of BPS
Division: Sales Professional Organization
Function: Pre-Sales
Role
To gather, analyse, communicate and validate detailed business data and make recommendations for the design of customer aligned solutions
Key Challenges
• Gathering a comprehensive data set within a customer environment where documentation and analysis may not be practiced.
• Conducting interviews with end-users and others during a potentially sensitive time
• Translating the data gathered into a meaningful and accurate picture of a current state which expose deficiencies and maps to a solution
• Performing comprehensive data analysis within time constraints
• Identifying and assessing a risk factor to poorly quantified or anecdotal; data
• Building an innovative solution which is superior within a competitive situation

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• 3 years experience as a Business Analyst
• 3 years Project management experience
• Excellent knowledge of software development methodologies and working experience in different phases of the SDLC
• Proficient in MS Visio or other modelling tools
• Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• Document Management & Imaging Services experiences will be a distinct advantage
• Consulting experience
• Project Management certification is a plus
