Requirements:
• 3 years as a senior business analyst in a technology environment, plus call center preferably in a large financial institution
Responsibilities:
• Be a valued member of a small command center to answer questions from project participants
• Perform all help desk functions including follow-up of all open issues from the help desk
• Communicate/report to Call Center Manager
• Assist with all training communications to reviewer audience, including initial contact, notices, reminders, etc.
• Provide follow-up and tracking of required approvals for project outputs and deliverables
• Perform reminder and past-due phone calls to project participants
• Data analysis
• Problem resolution
• Process development
• Other duties as assigned by the Call Center Manager or PCE Project Manager.
Technical Skills Required:
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and solve problems in a timely and accurate manner
• Expert in use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Able to generate metrics regarding call volumes, trends, etc
