MBA preferably PhD in Business Management, Certified Management Consultant,15 years experience in management and having at least 10 years of experience in consultancy, out of which minimum 5 years of experience on the requested position
To develop and execute strategy planning and strategic management, capable to combine and manage all the tools to execute strategic plans for newly establishing Internal Management Consultancy, identifying HR needs and recruit the required HR as per approved organization structure and recruitment procedure.
To ensure that the appropriate policies, procedures and system have developed to ensure the success of all initiatives so that management may behave proactively if there is any deviation.
To monitor productivity, quality of output, and ensuring continuous improvement in the processes and procedures and ensure health business growth is guaranteed.
To lead the team in preparing the annual budget and setting the short and long term objectives and to ensure all agreed budget targets are achieved and objectives are met.
To develop new ideas, new technologies, and able to convince the board of directors of the same.
To pin point any lacks implementation of “best practices” and coordinate with individual company’s General Manager and thus obtain best Growth Management’ Operation Excellence, Leadership Development, Organizational Design/Development,
Process Improvement, Quality Management, Supply Chain/Logistics.
To ensure that all projects are delivered timely and meeting the quality. To coordinate with the external consultant company to achieve the projects within the budgeted cost.Other Requirements includes Driver’s license, Language fluency (spoken/written) in Arabic & English, Excellent knowledge in MS Office especially in MS project, Good awareness of QMS systems and international standards, Team leader, Strong and amiable personality
