Audit Officer
Qualification & Experience (Years):
1. CA –Inter (Module C&D) – [Upto 5 years]
2. CMA –Inter (Stage 4) – [Upto 5 years]
3. M.Com/MBA(Finance) – [Upto 3 years]
Max Age Limit (Years) : 35 Years
Job Description/ Key Result Areas :
1. Conduct internal audit of all the sections/ departments operating in the Distribution Region.
2. Examine and ensure that all activities and transactions are strictly in accordance with the policies & procedures of the Company and the SECP (Securities & Exchange Commission Pakistan).
3. Highlight any weaknesses & irregularities in activities being audited.
4. Preparation of draft and final audit reports highlighting the areas/ transactions that need remedial action & better controls.
Essential Skill Requirements :
1. Proficient in use of MS Office & Internet
2. Good Oral and Written Communication
3. Efficient & optimum functioning of the audit team
4. Must have knowledge of the Company’s policies, procedures, operating manuals, statutory & legal framework.
5. Team Player
6. In-depth/ sound knowledge of SECP code of corporate governance
7. Must be familiar with a variety of field audit concepts, practices and procedures
