Associate Account Manager

Will be responsible to contacts clients to discuss SNL products, services provided, and client needs. he will be responsibel to set up training sessions as required, will provide training either by Go to meeting demonstrations or via phone consultations for current and new client staff. Contact all newly registered users to introduce them to the products. Provide back-up support when Account Managers are traveling. Assists with travel planning and meeting scheduling.
Requirements for success: Accent Neutrality is a Must, strong communication skills required, attention to detail, flexibility, knowledge of finance will be a plus. Strong finance back ground will be given preference.
