Assistant/ Typist jobs in public sector organization Pakistan
On behalf of our client (a public sector organization having presence all over the country), we invite applications from suitably qualified candidates against the following permanent positions to be filled in as per following prerequisites. The selected candidates for the officers’ rank can be posted anywhere in Pakistan:
Designation: Assistant/ Typist
Vacant Positions: 116
Max. age: 30
Quota: PB-48, SR-29, SU-19, KPK-10, FATA/NA-5, B’stan-5
Qualification & Experience:
i. Graduation of equivalent ii. Typing Speed of 30 words per Minute. iii. Computer literacy and working skill to operate words processing
Cadre: Staff
• Applications on the prescribed form along with attested photocopies of CNIC, driving license (for drivers only), academic certificates and one passport size photograph should reach the P.O. Box No. 1582 GPO Islamabad within 30 days of publication of this advertisement. Incomplete/late applications or applications sent to address other than P.O. Box will not be entertained.

• Only eligible/shortlisted candidates will be asked to appear for a written test to be held at Islamabad, Peshawar, D.I Khan, Lahore, Multan, Quetta, Gawadar, Loralai, Sukkhur and Karachi.
• The candidates qualifying the written test will be called for interview to be held at Islamabad, Peshawar, D.I Khan, Lahore, Multan, Quetta, Gawadar, Loralai, Sukkhur and Karachi.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for written test / interview.
• The applicants already in government service should apply through proper channel.
• Any change in number of vacancies till final selection will be considered as per rules.
• All relevant quotas including disabled persons and children of organization’s deceased employees will be honoured as per rules and regulations.
• Minimum probationary period will be one year.
• The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason.
• The competent authority can relax any requirement as per rules and regulations.
