    15 years of experience in Oil and Gas Management, Site Administration and personnel related issues( Recruiting ect…) as well as Camp Administration in the construction field, this resulted in gaining vast knowledge in admin/personnel activities from manpower planning to mob/demob list of personnel including travel, visas, accommodation, time attendance, leaves. Keeping a close control for cost issues, along with shifting gear ability as per project requirements, interface with home office and local authorities when required.
