Description of the job:
The job duties of an Admin assistant include:
• Draft notes for approval
• Setup arrangements for training courses
• Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
• Assist Admin officer in research, price, and purchase of office supplies
• Perform other related duties as required
Skills required:
• Excellent skills of using MS office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to type 50 wpm
• Effective management skills
• Passionate to work with Admin team
