Qualification    M.Com, MBA Finance from HEC Recognized Institution
Experience    At least 3-5x years of relevant experience. Preference will be given to candidate having working experience in INGOs

Skills    Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles & fund accounting, understanding of relevant Financial legislation, policies and procedures and understanding of the cultural and environment of development sector is mandatory, Expertise in Word and Excel & PowerPoint; Conducting surveys, Able to frequent travel in the field

RESPONSIBILITIES
Over all administer and monitor the financial system in order to ensure that the project finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner
Core Responsibilities
1. Administer and monitor the project financial system in order to ensure that the project
finances of  WASH Project are maintained in an accurate and timely manner
Core Responsibilities
•    Handling of over all financial related activities of assigned  projects in coordination with District Coordinator and help of Accounts department at FO Islamabad like
Establish, maintain and reconcile project related transaction
Establish and maintain supplier accounts
Process supplier invoices
Generate request for Issuance of cheques related to projects for which s/he is responsible in coordination with accounts department at field office Islamabad.
Ensure transactions are properly recorded in soft as well as hard copy.
Assist and provide project related data to District Coordinator and Manager Accounts at FO Islamabad for weekly and monthly reviews.
Reconciliation of project budgets , management and reporting to District Coordinator on project related finances.
Update project inventory and asset management record.
•    Verify and review of monthly petty cash statements prepared by accounts assistant.
2. Coordinate with HR department at Field office Islamabad for monthly payroll in order to ensure that employees are paid in an accurate and timely manner
Maintain and monitor all relevant project related documents in proper file in time as per financial procedures of Muslim Aid.
Ensure that Accounts Assistant is maintaining updating the fix assets record
Prepare, review and file payroll summaries, journals and reports in coordination with HR
Process pay cheques and communicate through email/salary slip to staff
Prepare and process employees clearance at time of resignation/termination/contract end/project closed etc in coordination with HR
3. Maintain the record routine expenses of office in order to ensure accurate records of all transactions
Other responsibilities
•    Maintenance and recording of day to day expenses like admin related payments
•    Prepare and reconcile bank statements
•    Weekly and monthly Variance analysis in coordination with Accounts at FO Islamabad
•    Compliance of Financial rules and standardized accounting principles of MAP
•    Any other duty assigned by line manager
