Job Basic Responsibilities:
I. Direct and supervises the activities of assigned personal in the section.
2. Receive various data regarding unit activates preparing, maintaining, analyzing a. reporting On the budget, forecast financial statements.
Qualification,
1. BA degree in Accounting
2. 5 years experience in accounting work
2. EXECUTIVE SECRETARY
The ideal candidate should be able to:
Carry out the various secretarial and administrative duties including answering telephone calls„ typing in Arabic and English using Personal Computer, maintaining appointments diary, keeping and updating file, dispatching and distributing outgoing and incoming mail, drafting routine correspondence.
Qualification:
1. Completion of secondary (12) education plus a 3 year Secretarial Diploma course at a recognized institute.
2. 5 years experience in secretarial work.
