I am looking to recruit an Onsite Program Account Managers Requirement – Media Organisation
Location: Reading and London, UK
Nature of employment: Permanent
Pre-requisite: candidates need to be fully authorized to work in UK.
You will be working on site at a cutting-edge Media Organization, and you will have complete responsibility for this strategic account.
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for ‘Profitable Growth’
2. Responsible for highest levels of customer satisfaction
3. Demand generation and shaping of demand
4. Relationship management at CXO level and at all levels
5. Deliver value to the customer and elevate the relationship to a trusted partner status
Desired Qualification
1. Should have 12+ years of IT experience, minimum 2 years in customer management
2. Should have extremely good customer interfacing skills.
3. Should have the ability to understand the customer pain points and consultatively guide them in a right direction.
4. Excellent Interpersonal/People management skills
5. Should be able to drive multiple presales initiatives across service lines
6. Ability to multitask
7. ‘Can do’ attitude
8. Exposure to Media & Entertainment industry a plus
